The Yankee Clipper Inn Meeting Package allows you to relax and let us take care of all the details. Our oceanfront function room offers direct access to our grounds and gardens, allowing you the freedom to take advantage of a beautiful day by sitting out by the sea. When it comes time to break into groups, utilize our oceanfront gazebo, patio and gardens. In the colder weather warm up in our living room by the fireplace. No matter what time of year, let us provide the perfect backdrop for your meeting, function or retreat! See below for details and menus.


 


The Yankee Clipper Inn Meeting Package Includes:

• Use of the Oceanside Function Room and Grounds • Function Room Set-up
• Function Coordinator • Wireless Internet Access • Bottled Water available all day
• Hard Candies • Pads and Pens for each Participant • Overhead Projector
• Screen • Flipchart

Function Room Rental Fees

• $500 per day • $350 per day with the rental of 6 or more overnight rooms
• Room rental is waived with the rental of 10 or more overnight rooms
• Call for off-season specials!

Menu Package

• Full Hot Breakfast: Chef’s selection of muffins accompanied with dried and fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, assorted juice, coffee, tea and decaffeinated coffee. Along with made to order breakfast choices from the kitchen.

• Mid Morning Break: Coffee, Tea and Decaffeinated Coffee Refresh with Scones, Butter and Jams.

• Luncheon: Assorted Soft Drinks, may request iced tea or lemonade

Soup/Salad
(choice of one):

• Yankee Clipper Inn Clam Chowder
• Chef’s Fish Chowder
• White Onion Soup with Parmesan Cheese and Croutons
• Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup
• Lentil Rice Soup

• Mixed Garden Salad – cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, croutons
• Chef Salad – ham, Swiss cheese, turkey, boiled eggs, pepperocinis
• Spinach Salad – roasted red peppers, mushrooms, pinenuts, feta cheese
• Marinated Portabella Caps – seared, atop mixed garden salad
• Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Caesar, Ranch

Entrée
(choice of one):

• Selection of Wrap Sandwiches served with Chips and Pickles
• Choose up to 4: tuna, turkey, ham, roast beef, chicken Caesar salad, seafood salad, hummus and veggies, American or Swiss cheese
• Chef’s Quiche – with choice of fillers: peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, zucchini, broccoli, summer squash, cheese, and feta
• Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast – served with whipped potatoes, butternut squash, and pan gravy
• Alfredo or Garlic Butter Pasta – served with choice of mixed vegetables, chicken and broccoli, or seafood
• Lasagna Selection – choice of vegetarian style, meat, or seafood
• Chicken Marsala – served with mushrooms and ham, over fettuccini or ziti
• Chicken Parmesan – served over linguini, fettuccini or ziti
• Cajun or Plain Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad – with parmesan cheese

Dessert
(choice of one):

• Chef’s homemade chocolate chip cookies
• Fudge Brownies
• Carrot Cake
